Rates
All rates valid for rental from 01/01/2008
All rentals during public holidays, school holidays, weekends may incur an extra fee.
Rates are valid for drivers over the age of 25
Drivers aged 21-25 and over 65 may incur an extra charge.
Payment
All rental amounts plus any deposits need to be paid upon commencement of rental.
Deposit
We accept an imprint of your credit card as security for your hire vehicle. Acceptable credit cards are Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard. Deposits will be refunded at the end of rental period providing no damage, late or fuel charges are payable. Due to our minimum cash handling policy we reserve the right to refund by cheque.
Cancellation Fee

14 days prior to pick up $0.00
7-13 days prior to pick up $25.00
1-6 days $50.00
No show $75 or 10% of the total rental amount (whichever is the greater)
Rental Duration
A rental day is 24 hours from the time of pick up. Vehicles returned late will incur a full days rental charge per day as per rental agreement plus any additional rental charges.
Insurance
Insurance is comprehensive subject to an insurance excess and available to hirers acting within the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement. Insurance excess may be reduced at an additional cost.
Minimum/Maximum Ages
Driver minimum age 25
Drivers 21-25 may incur extra charge
Maximum age 75
Drivers over 65 may incur extra charge
Drivers Licence
We accept a current Australian , Overseas or International drivers licence.
We do not accept "P" or "L" licenses
Fuel
Vehicles is supplied with a full tank. We ask that renter refill the vehicle prior to return. Should vehicle not be returned with a full tank a service fee will apply for refuelling.
Street Directories
Street directories are available upon request at time of booking.
Airport, Home or Office Deliveries
You can arrange to have your vehicle delivered to either the International or Domestic airports to meet you during normal business hours. This service is provided FREE of charge. After hours may incur a fee (speak to your Company representative)
Delivery to your home or office can also be arranged.
Delivery costs range from $10.
NRMA Breakdown Service
Specific vehicles are covered by NRMA 24 hr roadside assistance. NRMA can help in the event of a breakdown, flat tyre or even keys locked in the vehicle. Call 13 1111 Australia wide with membership details found on your rental agreement and registration of your vehicle. A fee may be charged for any call out attended by NRMA or a Company representative.

All vehicles on this website are limited to either Sydney Metro or NSW driving. For interstate driving contact our office directly through our contacts page and special arrangements can be made.
Office Hours
Our head office hours are 8.30am till 5.00pm Monday to Friday. 8.30am till 3.00pm Saturday. Any after hours bookings may be made by appointment.
